I bought this watch so I could keep track of time during my exams. Thankfully, I didn't buy it as a general watch, as there is no way to adjust the size of the strap, and it was very loose - I could fit it almost up to my elbow! I tried to go to the gym wearing it once, but it was so irritating bouncing up and down my arm, that I quickly removed it. Also, the lack of instructions might be an issue for some people, although I managed to work out how to use it on my own. Having said that, the display is quite clear, the watch is small and discreet, and feels more like a chunky bracelet than a watch.
If you have small wrists, do not buy this product if you plan on wearing it.
