Another faultless Casio product... September 8, 2010

This watch has all you need: perfect timekeeping for us horological obsessives; neat looks which are cool for business and pleasure alike; and the usual Casio qualities of everything working precisely as it should! I'm always knocked out by the accuracy and clarity of Casio's tiny instruction booklets: models of precision and conciseness! The only reservation I might have is that the strap feels slightly weedy compared to those of other Casios. But, seeing I have eight other Casios, which I wear in strict rotation (OCD, moi?), I'll probably never wear it out! Thanks again Casio and thanks Amazon!

This watch is perfect size and weight. Gives accurate time and has all the essential features needed from a watch. Very happy with my purchase and I definitely recomend this watch. Only small point is the date is shown in American order, would be nice if it could be set to UK version style of date order. Great product overall

Should have bought this years ago when I'd have been even more pleased with the gadget features like multi alarms, solar power, radio control, tough exterior and the light automatically coming on when you turn your wrist. I've used this on my motorcycle, sailing, swimming and DIY without a hitch. Doesn't look quite right to wear with a suit for work though.

I've had this watch for a month now and I can honestly say that this is an amazing watch for the price.
It looks and feels solidly built, yet still manages to look stylishly retro and I personally like the simple discrete look of the watch.
Included in the positive points for this watch would be the well built and well sized body, it's size is just right. Not like the majority of the other G-Shocks out there that have huge circular multi-coloured faces, making them look like clown watches!
The strap is also sturdy and well built, also the way in which its fastened to the main body of the watch seems to be very secure and not easily broken other Casio models that I've had.
The display is dominated by the large hour:minute:seconds digits that make it very legible even when viewed from an outstretched arm. The back light illumination is very bright in twilight and total dark conditions. The Auto illumination function works almost flawlessly.
Gets sync signal from the transmission tower in Anthorn (England) every time with no problems.
The watch has 4 buttons that are not the easiest to press, but that is to protect the buttons from any direct hits when dropped or accidentally being pressed while under water/wet conditions which might let water in.
The bezel (fascia surround) and straps are easily removable, which means they can be easily replaced if damaged or start to look old after many years of use.It has a machined brushed stain-less steel back that looks really nice and completes the watch quite well.
Two small negative points, the first being the alarm. This is very quiet and pretty much useless. Second point is that the loop that holds the strap in place after its passed through the buckle slides quite easily over the strap and can come loose, which can be a little annoying.
This is a great watch, it came 5th out of a large number of watches that the 'Gadget show' tested which is pretty cool.
